Is Hookah really bad for you?

Although it seems hookah is safer then cigarettes, its not. We all did hookah once or twice maybe even 5 times, but do we know what were getting into? Hookah seems safe because it's filtered through water. But no even though its filtered through water, your inhaling much more smoke, your innhaling carbon monoxide( a very dangerous toxic compound),  and your inhaling cancer causing materials, the coal used on hookah is also dangerous, it causes cancer and many other high risk diseases. There are many other things hookah causes,but it is not safer then cigarettes.
